In short

DIKCARE collects only what it needs to answer your request, sells no information and uses no advertising cookies.

What we collect

Through the contact form: your name, phone number, email, the expected hospital discharge date if you provide it, the type of help you need and your message.

By phone or email: whatever you choose to tell us.

Please do not send medical records or detailed health information through the form: we do not need them to call you back.

What the information is used for

To call you back, arrange the free in-home assessment and, if you become a client, provide the agreed service. Nothing else.

Who has access

DIKCARE, and the technical providers that run the site: Cloudflare (hosting and email routing) and Resend (delivery of form emails). These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.

We do not sell, rent or trade any personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your request, then as long as our legal and accounting obligations require if you become a client. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Audience measurement

The site measures its traffic anonymously, with no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. A single functional cookie is used: it remembers the language you chose.

Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may access your information, have it corrected or withdraw your consent. Write to [email protected] or call 437‑603‑1924.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
